Grayson, I just dropped you off at Bett’s house. You got back into the truck and grabbed a little American flag. I think it was from the Veterans day parade a couple months back. You stuck it in the  ground near the storm drain. You could  only put it in an inch or so. I began pushing it down further. You said, “Daddy don’t touch it.” I pushed it further in so it wouldn’t fall over. A few moments went by and you looked at me and said, “Daddy, did you just help me?” I said, “Yes, I just helped you a little bit.” I gave you a big hug and a kiss and you started walking toward Bett’s door. About 10 feet from the door, you turned around and said, “Daddy, thanks for helping me.”

Grayson, you are so polite and everyone loves you so much. I love you.
